Initial meeting
to discuss project and plan
  • Your builder is your partner throughout the entire process.
  • You’ll go over every step together and address your questions before construction begins.
  • Tell us what you like, bring in your own plans/concepts or customise/combine one of our many base floor plans
  • We run through inclusions and specifications you would like included to your home. Choose from our standard range or create your own range
  • We also like to talk budget and the potential for changes in design or specification to ensure that your plan and inclusions will suit your budget
Free concept plan
and estimate generated
  • From our initial meeting we come back to you with the concept floor plan for you house and a budget estimate with specification
  • If any changes are required we will provide an amendment to the concept and estimate if required.
  • From here we have a concept plan, estimate and specifications ready to move forward with preliminary works.
Preliminary works
to get a fixed price on build
  • For a small fee we then carry out the following preliminary works in order to get all the information for us to provide you with final pricing. This fee is deducted of the contract price when you proceed to build
    • Preliminary plans
    • Geotechnical report on site
    • Site survey with house design plotted on site
    • Structural engineering on slab/sub-floor and house design
    • BAL assessment (if required)
    • Detailed pricing and specification
  • From here we can provide a final price and specifications/inclusions that will form part of our HIA lump sum contract for review
  • Once we sign off on everything we are ready to proceed to contracts and permits
Contracts and documentation
  • HIA contracts are prepared for signing
  • Construction plans produced
  • Documentation and licenses are obtained
  • You hand over the site to us and we begin construction of your beautiful new home
  • As construction gets underway, your builder checks in daily with the construction team and keep you up to date.
  • We offer weekly scheduled onsite meetings with your builder.
  • You can also keep up to date and see the progress of your build straight from your smartphone via your own client portal on our construction app.
  • All your selections are carried out at predetermined times on the schedule within our construction app with our design team making the process exciting, enjoyable and most of all stress free.
  • We finish another prefect project and hand it back to you to enjoy
